We're talking about badass heroes and nobody here except for me mentions Lobo? Nothing's more badass than Lobo. He'll come after you, snap your arm in half and use it to pin your head in through the wall. On his way home he might crack the necks of a few kittens and probably punch a few babies.

I, for one, never heard of 'Lobo'. Spawn I heard of, but Lobo?

Batman is a superhero you could almost be. All you need is the costume and some gadgets and you can learn Kung Fu etc.

You'd also have to be highly intelligent to be Batman as well. He's outsmarted Darkseid.

Also, he's the only member of the Justice League Superman believes would ever be able to stop him should Superman go bad. If that doesn't speak to his abilities (in the comics and TV) I don't know what else would.

I don't think he's a super hero, though.
I think he lands somewhere in the zone of comics that aren't about "super" heros.

oh and i think that batman could beat superman...

if he had kryptonite. (probably wrong way to spell it but oh well)

Nothing beats Adam West. Seeing a fat guy in the thight batcostume with Robin shouting:"Holy Ca-Jeepers Batman, does this mean the Pinguin is up to no good again?" is to much for me to keep a straight face. Add the AWESOME screens 'KZAP', 'POWEE' in bright colors, strange silly plots, and you have a show that is a classic.
I still pink a tear when I see that show on tv, remembering the past and laughing on how silly it is.
